JOB SUMMARY:

The Capital Acquisition Analyst is responsible for helping identify funding opportunities, preparing investment proposals, and supporting capital-raising initiatives. This role assists in ensuring readiness for and managing fundraising activities, investor relations, and public offering programs.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Fund Sourcing

    • Help identify and secure investment opportunities from equity, debt, or alternative financing sources.

  2. Communications & Reportorial Management

    • Develop high-quality pitch decks, investment proposals, funding presentations, and ensure transparent and timely communication and reports.

  3. Capital Raising

    • Provide necessary support, coordination, and documentation in achieving targeted fundraising goals.

  4. Public Offering

    • Assist in the preparation and management of public offerings, funding activities, and cap table.

  5. Investor Relations Management

    • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with potential investors and creditors, as well as organize investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, capital raising or finance.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or stakeholder management.

  • Demonstrated competence in engaging high-level stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market research.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and manage multiple initiatives.

  • A good team player, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships while effectively managing conflicting views and opinions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing to travel around the Philippines & abroad.
