Position:Senior Bookkeeper(Experience in using Xero software is required).
Location:10th Floor, Harton Corporate Center, Paranaque City
Work Set-up & Shift:Work From Home & Dayshift (6AM to 3PM)

Your Role:

  • Reviewing and doing data entry for both AP and AR transactions
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Payroll preparation and validation
  • BAS/IAS Preparation
  • Time Capture
  • Prepare client-specific reports (esp. during month-end)
  • Attend weekly client and team meetings and/or trainings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of extensive AU Accounting or Bookkeeping experience.
  • Required: Experience in using Xero Accounting Software
  • A Certified Xero Advisor and Certified Xero Payroll
  • Preferred but not required: Has experience as well with either MYOB or Quickbooks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, collaboration and partnering skills.
  • Amenable to Work on Early Dayshift.
  • Amenable to Work From Home.
