About the role
Responsible for providing a range of psychological services, including intervention and assessment, to individuals, families, groups, and organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and groups
- Offer psychosocial support to clients dealing with chronic illness
- Conduct psychological debriefing sessions following traumatic events
- Provide counseling to help clients achieve personal and professional goals
- Facilitate group processes to enhance group dynamics and support
- Offer psychological consultation to other professionals and organizations
- Gather and integrate psychology-related data to make comprehensive psychological evaluations
- Assess diverse psychological functions and processes to support effective psychological intervention
- Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to understand clients' mental health status and needs
- Implement the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and procedures of the Hospital
About you
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Licensed psychologist
- At least 1 year of work experience in administering and interpreting psychological tests
- Knowledge of relevant software for test administration and scoring
- Relevant experience in providing counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and groups
