Job Title: Management Assistant

We are seeking a detailed and solutions-oriented Management Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual with an accounting background who is tech-savvy, communicative, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
- Manages day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Handles Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate collection of revenue from customers.
- Performs Bank Reconciliations, regularly reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Assists with Basic Financial Reporting, preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and generating reports as needed.
Admin Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to management.
- Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) efficiently for reports and presentations.
- Manage and analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities.
- Take initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any Accountancy course or related.
- Capacity to be trained is important. Experience as an accounting clerk or administrative assistant is a plus but is not necessary.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and possesses critical thinking and professional skepticism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
