Overview

A Growth Backer develops and executes a plan to support the company to acquire and retain clients, and to discuss the services offered by the team. This includes gathering input from clients and various departments from different companies, such as analytics, operations and marketing, and using this information to establish growth targets and select key performance indicators.

Responsibilities
  • Sales
  • Cold calling
  • Setting up appointments
  • Responsible for client engagement
  • Constant communication with new and existing clients
  • Perform follow ups
  • Sending necessary documents to clients
  • Create and update trackers
  • Gather feedback from clients
  • Sending end of day report
Qualifications
  • Leadership skill is a must to effectively lead their team members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skill
  • Must have problem-solving skills, enabling them to quickly identify and resolve issues in carrying out a growth management plan
