Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead architectural and construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining scope and quality. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will oversee future staff, enforce quality control, and provide training on office standards.

The Qualifications We Seek

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, specifically in architectural or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, cloud-based collaboration tools, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, architectural detailing, codes, and regulations.
  • Experience with design and visualization tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or Enscape.
  • Background in contract negotiation and administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Your Daily Tasks

Project Planning and Management

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, specifications, and resource allocation.
  • Establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables aligned with client expectations.
  • Monitor and control project progress, proactively addressing delays, scope changes, and challenges.

Team Coordination and Leadership

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities while tracking team performance and progress.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and consultants.
  • Facilitate regular virtual meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Quality Control and Compliance

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and design intent.
  • Oversee compliance with International Building Codes (IBC), CNMI regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews at key project milestones.

Construction Administration

  • Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Principal Architect for on-site inspections and report generation.
