About the Team

The Production Services team is a hub of delivery excellence based in the Philippines, formed by a team of production experts which delivers marketing materials across the PH market. In a nutshell, the Production Center boosts business growth, driving efficiencies & performance.

Purpose of the role

• Vision: The Production Team Leader (PTL) leads a production team to deliver all the production requirements for a whole region or specific clients.
• Mission: To activate the proposition of Indicia Worldwide through upskilling the team capacities and taking main accountability for production processes.
• Approach: To establish excellence in production delivery through our values - Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering and Accountability.

The Production Team Leader will have 3 different dimensions:

Production Management: Lead a production team to comply with all the production needs of a whole region or specific clients while managing the general traffic of projects into the team and being held fully accountable for the key production processes and tasks (Open Orders, Accruals, etc).

At times, the PTL will also have to manage production projects with specific complexities, spend levels or other situational circumstances.

Team Management: Be in charge of upskilling, developing and coaching the team members, especially mentoring the Senior Production Managers. Manage the NCRs in the team, assess the internal responsibility and propose solutions.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Be the team's escalation point for operational topics, internally or externally.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Exposure:

The Production Team Leader will likely have 5+ years of print & POS production management experience and we expect from that role a strong industry background. Previous experience in team management and direct client-facing roles will be strongly preferred. Fluency in English and local language is a must. Other languages are desirable but not necessary.

Role Requirements:

• The PTL will be required to work from the office as required.
• Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00 am to 5:30 pm, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours. However, you will be able to recover that time in other moments, so we strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
