Job Description
The Field Sales Representative's role is to develop and support technical solutions for off highway mobile and power motion control solutions. The individual is passionate about working with customers utilizing their expertise applying electrical and fluid power solutions to their customers' applications.
Territory: Quebec
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to establish and grow customer relationships within your territory.
Your Activities Will Include:
- Develop and implement effective business plans and strategies for assigned account growth, analyze customer base market conditions and forecast future needs.
- Prospect for new potential accounts as directed by sales management.
- Set and achieve forecasted growth targets for core product lines.
- Maintain gross margin to meet forecasted targets and improve gross profit margins as directed by Sales Management.
- Emphasize the sale of economic value added (EVA) services and other gross margin improvements.
- Interact effectively with customers to develop a personal awareness of their operations and needs.
