We are searching for a highly experienced Filipino-Chinese Procurement Leader to lead our construction packages procurement strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships within the construction industry.

Location: Pasay, Philippines

Work Mode: Work From Office

Role: AVP, Procurement (Construction Packages)

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects.
  2. Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Negotiate contracts to achieve the best value for the organization.
  6. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with project managers to align procurement goals with project timelines.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, specifically in construction packages.
  2. Proven track record in contract negotiation and supplier management.
  3. Strong Analytical Skills And Strategic Thinking Abilities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
  5. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in procurement.
