The Agency Coordinator shall ensure overall coordination between Home Credit and its External Agency Service Providers with due diligence.

About The Job

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with Home Credit's External Collection Agencies and Repossession Agencies to achieve collection targets.

  • Ensure that External Collection Agencies and Repossession Agencies adhere to the Collection Service Level Agreement (Collection Service Level Agreement) policies.

  • Oversee External Collection Agencies and Repossession Agencies through on-site visitations as often as necessary.

  • Evaluate performance of External Collection Agencies and Repossession Agencies and create action plans to achieve business goals.

  • Facilitate weekly huddles, performance review meetings and coaching.

  • Handle customer complaints and conduct thorough investigations.

  • Assist External Collection Agencies and Repossession Agencies with their concerns or requests and provide feedback.

  • Facilitate internal auction including bidding process and secure proper documentations.

  • Ensure that given targets for both External Collection Agencies and Repossession Agencies are met.

  • Formulate new process according to the business needs.

What You Need To Have:

  • At least two (2) years of related work experience in External Agency Collections and Secured Loans.

  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

  • Must have good and effective communication skills in English.
