IS Management Company Preparer II

Responsibilities

Help provide leverage to our fund administrators by effectively supporting administration services provided to management companies of our fund clients. Some of the support that we provide includes:

  1. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and prepaids
  2. Book and manage credit card payments through Brex
  3. Accounts payable processing through Bill.com or Expensify
  4. Prepare year-end financial statements
  5. Journal entry processing
  6. Payroll processing
  7. Preparation of budget vs actuals reports in Xero
Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

  1. Degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. 3 and above years of experience
  3. Good English skills both verbal and written
  4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions or escalate appropriately
  5. Interest in providing best-in-class service
  6. Ability to communicate information in a timely, appropriate manner to all relevant stakeholders and multitask to meet multiple deadlines
  7. Advanced Microsoft Office skills with Xero, Investran, and QuickBooks experience
  8. Interest in a fast-paced environment
