Your Role in This Story

Be part of our client's team as an Application Support Analyst, where you'll troubleshoot and maintain high-impact telecom applications, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and optimize systems for performance and reliability.

Shift: Monday to Friday | 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Work Setup: Hybrid (Ortigas)

What You'll Be Taking On

• Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve application issues in accordance with SLAs
  
• Contribute to high-severity incident reviews and drive root cause analysis and preventative actions
  
• Monitor and maintain key telecom applications to minimize downtime and service disruptions
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT support teams, business units, and vendors for application-related concerns
  
• Identify and implement process enhancements, automation solutions, and system optimizations to boost efficiency and user experience
  
• Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and security best practices, including compliance with ISO27001 standards
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, generate reports on performance metrics, and deliver insights to support management decisions
  
• Reduce operational support costs through continuous improvement initiatives
  

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  
• At least 2 years of experience in application support
  
• Experience in the telecommunications industry supporting telecom-specific applications
  
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices in IT service management
  
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and system administration
  
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as Salesforce
  
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations is a plus
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate written communication
  
• Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
  
• High level of self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
