Our Talent Acquisition team in Manila is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver the end-to-end recruitment process including role intakes with hiring teams, posting of job advertisements, strategic sourcing, recruitment interviews, contract and job offer generation, onboarding and hiring updates. This role will be dedicated to support the recruitment for overseas hiring with a focus on working with the Canada teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • High volume application review.
  • Strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter to build out a solid talent pipeline.
  • Providing seamless and timely candidate communication.
  • Managing candidates through the selection process up to the onboarding stage.
  • Daily management of the ATS Greenhouse ensuring metrics set are upheld.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process and foster long-term relationships with past applicants.
  • Handle sensitive information, understanding the importance of confidentiality and protecting candidate and company information.
  • Collaborate with a wider People & Culture team as needed.
What you will bring to the role:
  • At least three years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within a high volume and fast paced environment.
  • Proven experience supporting Global talent acquisition teams.
  • Strong proficiency in using applicant tracking systems ideally Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across timezones.
  • Strong ability to maintain collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

We primarily operate in a remote work environment; however, we appreciate a flexible approach with regards to travel to Metro Manila if required on occasion. Any changes to our remote work arrangement will be communicated with ample notice.
