Job Descriptions:

  1. Responsible for timely and quality preparation of month end reports, journal entries and account reconciliation.
  2. Prepares and generates monthly reports and financial statements.
  3. Direct supports to the Head of Finance and Administration in matters regarding statutory requirements, audit, tax compliance activities.
  4. Help ensure timely and accurate supplier payments and compliance with the relevant guidelines and its process requirements.
  5. Support finance manager in real time fund monitoring and bank reconciliation.
  6. Standardization and documentation of finance and admin procedures.
  7. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Payroll, A/R, A/P and Cost Accounting.
  8. Implements internal controls to ensure that accounting processes and record keeping adhere to accounting practices, and review their effectiveness and accuracy.
  9. Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  10. Spots errors and suggests ways to improve efficiency and spending.
  11. Reviews and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  12. Provides input into departments goal setting process.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
  2. With at least 3 years working experience in similar function.
  3. Action oriented, strong attention to details and good project management skills.
  4. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into management level summaries.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Excellent MS office skills desired as the role will manage complex spreadsheets.
  7. Knowledgeable in SAP.
  8. Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with GAAP principles.
  9. Prior experience in preparing financial statements, budgets, and participating in audits.
  10. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Requirement:

  • Willing to work in Pasig City.
