About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to join our growing team at Walls in Motion, Inc. in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organisation's continued success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies to ensure the company's long-term financial stability and growth
  2. Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  3. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to the leadership team to inform decision-making
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal controls
  5. Manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional development
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with the company's overall strategic goals
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives, systems, and processes to enhance the finance function's efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. CPA or equivalent professional qualification
  3. Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the accounting industry
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing the financial operations of a growing organisation
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
  8. Thorough understanding of relevant financial regulations and internal control frameworks
  9. Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams
