• Monitor food and beverage service to ensure consistency and high-quality guest experience.

• Communicate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate timing and flow of service.

• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure that all staff follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards.

• Oversee event breakdown, ensuring proper handling and return of equipment and inventory.

• Maintain inventory of banquet tools and supplies, and report shortages or damages.

• Assist in staff training and development to improve service quality and efficiency.

• Provide feedback to the Banquet Manager regarding event outcomes and staff performance.
