We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and help us build cutting-edge, high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for creating cross-platform applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences.

Our ideal candidate is an expert in the Flutter framework and has a deep understanding of mobile application development. You will work closely with our product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop innovative solutions that delight our users and help us grow our SaaS product internationally. Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create innovative solutions and deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that adheres to best practices and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our development processes and practices.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter development.
  • Proven experience developing and launching production-ready applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework, including widgets, animations, and state management.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience integrating them with mobile applications.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Solid understanding of mobile application design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with other mobile development frameworks or languages, such as React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for mobile applications.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub profile showcasing your work.
