We are seeking a dedicated and patient Behavioral Therapist to provide personalized academic support to grade school students. The tutor will assist with homework, reinforce lessons, and help improve the child's understanding of various subjects. This is a non-stay-in position, requiring regular visits to the student's home or a designated tutoring location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions.
  • Assist with homework, projects, and test preparations.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning strategies tailored to the student's needs.
  • Create family-friendly activities as homework or assignments to encourage learning and bonding at home.
  • Incorporate lessons on good manners and proper behavior, such as respect, gratitude, and responsibility, into tutoring sessions.
  • Track and report the student's progress to parents/guardians.
  • Encourage a positive learning environment to boost the student's confidence and motivation.
  • Adapt teaching methods based on the student's learning style.
