Job Description:

As a SharePoint Developer, you will design, build, and support SharePoint Online solutions within our Managed Services team. You'll enhance existing environments, develop custom components using SPFx, and automate tasks with PowerShell to improve efficiency and governance. Working closely with our service delivery team, you'll help ensure client Microsoft 365 environments remain secure, optimized, and user-friendly.

The Qualifications We Seek:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in SharePoint Online development using SPFx (React preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Basic experience with APIs (e.g., consuming RESTful APIs in SPFx or Power Automate)
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a Managed Services environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Desirable:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Familiarity with PnP PowerShell and CLI for Microsoft 365
  • Experience using version control tools such as Git
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400)

Your Daily Tasks:

  • Design and develop custom SPFx web parts and extensions in SharePoint Online (modern experience)
  • Configure and support SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, views, and navigation for intranets, portals, and business process solutions
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for provisioning, permissions, governance, and automation
  • Work with Microsoft 365 components such as Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Integrate external data sources and services using APIs where applicable
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and consultants to handle client requests and incidents
  • Support issue resolution, implement feature enhancements, and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and explore emerging tools, including Copilot agents
