We are looking for a highly motivated Records Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for those starting their career in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment. The role involves processing and analyzing critical information, focusing on criminal background reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks and data review from a workstation
  • Analyze data thoroughly and ensure accuracy
  • Manage and review criminal background reports
  • Compare information obtained with public records and other reliable sources
  • Identify and assess relevant data to generate accurate reports
  • Make informed decisions about disclosing criminal backgrounds based on established requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong reading comprehension in English
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfort working with repetitive tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Interest in crime and justice topics, similar to those seen in U.S. television programs
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of technological tools and data management systems
