We are looking for a highly motivated Records Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for those starting their career in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment. The role involves processing and analyzing critical information, focusing on criminal background reports.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks and data review from a workstation
- Analyze data thoroughly and ensure accuracy
- Manage and review criminal background reports
- Compare information obtained with public records and other reliable sources
- Identify and assess relevant data to generate accurate reports
- Make informed decisions about disclosing criminal backgrounds based on established requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong reading comprehension in English
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfort working with repetitive tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Interest in crime and justice topics, similar to those seen in U.S. television programs
- Excellent typing skills
- Advanced knowledge of technological tools and data management systems
