JOB LOCATION: Candoni, Negros Occidental

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • 40K to 80K per month (depending on experience and qualifications/non-negotiable)

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Field Development In-Charge (Project Manager Civil) will manage and oversee road development, access path development, and other roadway projects for the company. This role is similar to a Project Manager position in construction, requiring strong leadership in project execution, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely completion within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all field activities align with the company's quality and safety standards.
  • The Site Development Assistant Manager (Assistant Project Manager Civil) will assist the Field Development Head (Project Manager Civil) in managing and overseeing road development, access path development, and other roadway projects for the company. This role is similar to an Assistant Project Manager position in construction, requiring supervisory leadership in project execution, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely completion within budget. This role involves managing, preparing, and reviewing all documentation related to construction permits, safety compliance, and project certifications.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Proven experience in managing road development, access path development, and roadway projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Candoni, Negros Occidental
