At the heart of every strong society is a strong family. As a Programme Associate, you are the engine behind the Families for Life (FFL) movement—bringing impactful, evidence-based parenting, marriage, and Family Life Education (FLE) programmes to schools, community partners, and homes across Singapore.
If you are a community-centric, organized multi-hyphenate who loves coordinating events, designing catchy digital content, and making real connections with families, this is your chance to turn your skills into purpose-driven impact.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
You won't be stuck behind a desk all day. Your role blends digital operations, event logistics, creative media design, and direct community engagement:
Drive Digital & Event Engagement: Administer FFL digital platforms, set up online/hybrid workshops, and manage logistics and setup for live community events and school workshops.
Be the Community Touchpoint: Connect directly with clients, listen to their presenting concerns, and connect them with appropriate internal and external family support services.
Design & Publicize Content: Craft visually engaging e-flyers, leaflets, standees, and social media updates to promote FFL programmes using your creative media skills.
Strengthen Partnerships: Maintain our partnership database, keep track of partner touchpoints, and ensure timely dissemination of event details to schools and community agencies.
Manage Operations & Logistics: Oversee facility upkeep, manage collateral storage inventory, coordinate with external vendors/contractors, and track participation data for reporting.
