Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support is preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP and other business/enterprise applications.
Knowledge of SQL, including database querying, data retrieval, and basic database management.
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting.
Basic knowledge of programming concepts.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, and common business applications.
Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Knowledge of IT asset inventory and equipment monitoring.
Basic understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, antivirus, and backup procedures.
Willing to provide first-level technical support to employees.
Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple IT-related requests.
