The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Intern to support our affiliate marketing initiatives across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. You will play a hands-on role in sourcing potential affiliates, coordinating outreach, and assisting with affiliate onboarding to help grow our affiliate network.

As an Affiliate Marketing Intern, you will:

• Source and identify potential affiliates, creators, and livestreamers across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada who align with our brands and target audiences.
• Reach out to potential affiliates, introduce partnership opportunities, and follow up on their interest and participation.
• Assist in onboarding affiliates, including collecting necessary information, guiding them through registration, and coordinating next steps.
• Maintain and update affiliate databases, contact lists, and onboarding trackers to ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with affiliates on campaign participation, product promotions, commission details, and other requirements.
• Support the execution of affiliate campaigns, including promotional activities during major e-commerce sales events such as 11.11 and 12.12.
• Monitor affiliate activity and help track basic performance metrics, such as sales, clicks, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure affiliates receive the necessary campaign information, materials, and support.
• Research affiliate trends, potential creators, and new opportunities to expand our affiliate network.
• Assist with other affiliate marketing and e-commerce-related tasks as needed.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate looking for internship experience.
• Interested in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social commerce, and e-commerce.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada; knowledge of their affiliate programs is a plus.
• Comfortable with online research and identifying potential creators or affiliates.
• Has good communication skills and is comfortable reaching out to and following up with potential partners.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
• Open to both voluntary and mandatory internship arrangements.
