Job Description

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and rigorous Chemistry lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Conduct and supervise laboratory practical sessions, ensuring strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote academic excellence.
• Prepare students effectively for Cambridge International examinations, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to achieve their full potential.

Qualification

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Chemistry; Education/Teaching/Training or similar fields.
• Master’s degree (S2) in Chemistry Education or a closely related field.
• Holds a valid Chemistry Laboratory License.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge International Curriculum, particularly IGCSE and AS/A-Level Chemistry.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of successful teaching experience at the AS/ALevel standard is preferred.
• A Cambridge International Education (CIE) Practical Examiner Training Certificate is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Strong classroom management skills and a studentcentred approach to teaching and learning.
