Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; Hospitality, Medical Allied, or related courses are preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare or patient services is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Can work independently and perform well under pressure.
- Friendly, professional, and committed to providing quality patient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with inquiries, concerns, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle patient registration and explain necessary procedures and requirements.
- Coordinate with physicians and other departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records, schedules, and documentation.
- Process billing and payments and issue official receipts.
- Prepare and submit daily cash remittances.
- Provide a smooth and positive patient experience.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
