JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collects relevant information and documentation related to specific audit assignments;

  • Searches for, retrieves and compiles data from computer files, records, reports or from other sources as needed in the audit work;

  • Processes data, analyzes and identifies data discrepancies, if any;

  • Prepares report on the verification work done detailing the discovered discrepancies and the recommended appropriate measures for their resolution;

  • Drafts concise and clear communications or reports on audit/verification work done;

  • Conducts work flow evaluation and analysis and reports to the Internal Auditor on observations about procedures and makes appropriate recommendations;

  • Prepares bank reconciliation statements;

  • Formulates recommendations for issues/ concerns identified and drafts internal audit reports;

  • Participates in Disaster Management activities; and

  • Performs such other tasks as may be assigned by the Internal Auditor/Senior Auditor from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Nursing

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of related work experience

  • FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for creating reports and managing audit documentation
