About the role
Support the Design Team Leader by developing basic designs on the architect's drawing and project specification for workshops. Develop parametric 3D models to develop complex details and ensure parametric models are designed with stable relationships. Prepare Material Take Off's and Cutting List in accordance with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to the Design Team Leader
- Develop basic designs on the architect's drawing and project specification for workshops
- Develop modelling skills and Design presentation techniques in 2D and 3D in accordance with company standards
- Develop parametric 3D models to develop complex details
- Ensure parametric models are designed with stable relationships
- Navigate through international building codes and current company design guidelines
- Prepare Material Take Off's and Cutting List in accordance with project requirements
- Extend working hours when necessary to meet schedule submission date
About you
- Bachelor's College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Mechanical, Architecture or Equivalent
- Preferably 1-4 years' experience specialized in Engineering/Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- Proficient in Solidworks
- Good communication skills in both oral and written English
- Hard working and willing to extend working hours
- Punctual and Responsible
