Job description
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the activities of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during your assigned shift
Ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
Providing training and development opportunities for your team
Maintaining accurate records of shift activities, including sales, labor, and incident reports
Collaborating with the General Manager to implement and uphold company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Proficient in inventory management and cost control
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
