About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Consultant to support and enhance customer solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The role involves ongoing application support, troubleshooting, system enhancements, integrations, and technical delivery across multiple customer environments.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and related applications.
- Develop and support Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions.
- Manage and enhance web applications, Azure Function Apps, and integrations with external systems.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, APIs, and Dataverse solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide Level 2/3 support.
- Perform deployments and release management using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and Support the Web based portals.
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Dataverse
- Azure Function Apps
- C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
- REST APIs and integrations
- Azure DevOps and Git
- Experience supporting live customer environments.
- Preferred certifications
- PL-400 Power Platform Developer
- MB-210, MB-230, or MB-240 Dynamics 365 Certifications
- AZ-204 Azure Developer
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer environments and priorities.
- Experience in a consulting or managed services environment.
