Key Responsibilities:

Payroll and Government Compliance:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compute and process government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and taxes.
  • Navigate and manage government portals (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for compliance, payments, and employee records.
  • Ensure proper deductions, adjustments, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Prepare payroll reports and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.

HR Operations and Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee files with complete and accurate documentation.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and certifications.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews when necessary.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
  • Handle timekeeping and attendance monitoring, ensuring accurate reporting.

Employee Relations and Support:

  • Address basic HR-related concerns and provide guidance on company policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of company rules and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

General Support to HR Department:

  • Provide daily assistance to the HR Supervisor/Manager in executing HR functions.
  • Prepare and generate reports related to payroll, attendance, and other HR metrics.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and coordination with other departments.
