- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Sheets.
- Proficient in database management of SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Knowledge of commercial models, business profitability levers, and contractual language with an ability to translate operational implications.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear, professional presentations.
- Fluency in English at C1 level.
- Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up.
