Get to Know the Role

This is an exciting role within the Talent Acquisition function to attract and hire top talent to fuel Grab's growth. You will be based onsite in our vibrant Manila office with flexible work arrangements, reporting to the Country Head of People Operations, Philippines.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  1. Partner with Local and Regional TA Leads and functional TA partners to build recruitment plans, and manage end-to-end recruitment process and hiring reporting.
  2. You will partner with collaborator teams, such as the employer branding and recruitment marketing and talent sourcing teams, to enable hiring strategy and plan and achieve functional hiring goals.
  3. Provide talent advisory to hiring managers and hiring teams, manage expectations, and provide advisory and solutions to hiring teams in different circumstances.
  4. Manage the top of the funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to guarantee a continued pipeline of qualified candidates.
  5. Provide advisory on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback.
  6. Plan and implement Employer's Branding plans, including and not limited to internship program and campus recruitment and engagement programs.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  1. 6+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting to project management from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring processes including offer management.
  2. Experience interpreting complex data, identifying patterns, providing insights, and formulating solutions to solve bottlenecks in the recruitment process with data.
  3. Knowledge of recruitment tools and systems such as ATS and CRM with experience using new technologies such as Generative AI.
  4. Build relations, interpret needs, and engage with the hiring team across all levels of the organisation.
  5. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
