As a Product Manager, you will improve customer experiences, generate new product ideas, and outline detailed product strategies, among other duties.

Key Responsibilities/Duties
  1. In collaboration with other concerned units, ensures effective formulation and implementation of product management strategies for assigned products and services.
  2. Continuously identifies and monitors business opportunities for products and services.
  3. Develops immediate and long-term competitive strategies and ensures the Company's competitive edge.
  4. Manages product performance (P&L) and collaborates with other concerned units for the enhancement of existing and development of new products and services to meet the changing market needs.
  5. Formulates and monitors tactical marketing programs for the acquisition of subscribers from competition.
  6. Develops and launches sales acquisition events to meet volume targets set per area.
  7. Directly collaborates with the sales teams to gather intelligence on product performance, customer and dealer/reseller attitudes, and new opportunities.
  8. Ensures that targets are met within the specified budget limits.
  9. Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Functional Relationships

Internal: Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Team

External: Vendors, resellers, end users

Requirements:Qualifications:
  1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in ECE, IT, or any computer related course; Marketing or a business course.
  2. With three (3) years of experience in telco software, VAS, and telephony/broadband-related companies.

  1. In-depth understanding of Product management, Customer Management, Marketing, Performance Metrics & Evaluation, Innovation, Project Management, and Financial Management.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  5. Professional and customer-focused.
  6. Must have strong attention to detail.
  7. Adaptable and open to change.
