WAREHOUSE CHECKER

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Warehouse Checker to support our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing dispatch and delivery documents, organizing product allocations, and ensuring the accuracy of warehouse records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare daily picklists for scheduled dispatches.
• Prepare Delivery Receipts (D.R.) for scheduled deliveries, including branch requests and product allocations.
• Prepare allocation lists for incoming stocks and arrivals.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding dispatches, deliveries, and stock allocations.
• Check and organize warehouse-related documents and records.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of picklists, delivery receipts, and allocation lists.
• Assist in monitoring and organizing incoming and outgoing stocks as needed.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least College Level.
• Willing to work at our warehouse in Banawe, Quezon City.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to handle documents and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
