<div><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>The Quality Controller at Toyota Valencia ensures that all vehicles meet Toyota's high standards for safety, performance, and appearance before delivery to customers. This role involves inspecting vehicles for defects, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring repairs are performed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have a background in the automotive industry, with experience in quality control or inspection, and must possess strong attention to detail to spot any issues that could affect vehicle quality.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Conduct thorough inspections of new and serviced vehicles to ensure they meet Toyota's quality standards.</li><li>Examine internal and external components, including the engine, tires, brakes, body panels, paint finish, and interior.</li><li>Identify and report defects, damages, or inconsistencies in vehicles.</li><li>Test vehicle functions such as lights, wipers, windows, and safety systems to ensure proper operation.</li><li>Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure identified issues are addressed promptly and correctly.</li><li>Provide detailed feedback to technicians regarding repairs or adjustments needed for compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Work closely with the paint and body shop to verify color matching and proper finishing.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all inspections and defects identified during quality control checks.</li><li>Prepare reports on inspection results and communicate findings to the relevant teams for corrective action.</li><li>Track the status of repairs or adjustments until the vehicle passes the final quality check.</li><li>Develop and follow standard operating procedures for quality inspections in line with Toyota's policies.</li><li>Ensure that all vehicles undergo final quality checks before delivery or handover to customers.</li><li>Implement and suggest improvements to the quality control process to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.</li><li>Verify that all necessary repairs, maintenance, and inspections have been completed before releasing the vehicle to the customer.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine condition, providing customers with an excellent experience from the moment they receive their vehicle.</li><li>Monitor that vehicles comply with Toyota's safety protocols and government regulations.</li><li>Identify potential safety hazards or non-compliance issues during inspections.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest Toyota standards, inspection procedures, and quality control practices.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance inspection techniques and knowledge</li></ul><h3><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h3><ul><li>Male candidate with a four-year degree in a course related to the automotive industry.</li><li>Preferably with experience in Quality Control or Inspection roles.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.</li><li>Knowledge of automotive components, systems, and repair processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple departments.</li><li>Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple inspections and maintain accurate documentation.</li></ul><p><b>Note: This is a general job description.
