The role involves monitoring daily sorting, tracking parcel scans, overseeing CCTV systems, and handling damaged goods compliance.

Facility & Equipment Checks: Maintains cleanliness of the work area and ensures equipment functions properly with controlled supplies.
CCTV & Security Monitoring: Inspects CCTV daily and oversees the opening of damaged or "headless" (unlabeled) parcels on camera.
Parcel & Scan Inspection: Tracks pick-up packages, inbound/outbound scans, and verifies sorting accuracy for delivery or Return-to-Sender (RTS).
Courier & Fleet Coordination: Collaborates with admin to assign couriers for delivery, verifies truck operation schedules, and instructs sprinters on re-deliveries.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations
With supervisory or leadership experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems
