We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Officer to lead our social media campaigns and drive our online presence. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand's visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

  • Content Creation: Create, manage, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) tailored to the target audience, highlighting our cosmetics, skincare, personal care products, and health supplements.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track social media campaigns designed to increase online reach, drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms, and boost product sales.

  • Influencer and Brand Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors in the beauty and wellness space to promote products and create buzz.

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews, fostering a positive brand image.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, track key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic), and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular performance reports to management.

  • SEO & Paid Media: Optimize content for search engines and explore opportunities for paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and ROI.

  • Market Research: Stay on top of trends within the beauty, skincare, and wellness industries and adapt marketing strategies to ensure relevance in a competitive market.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand values, aesthetics, and messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their best practices.

  • Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or health supplements industries is a plus.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for beauty and wellness products.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).

  • Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create engaging visual content.

  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and community building in the beauty industry.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.
