Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and tech‑savvy IT and Graphic Artist Staff to support our digital and live selling operations. The role will primarily function as a Junior Graphic Artist responsible for creating visual materials for marketing, social media, and live selling content.

The candidate will also assist in IT‑related tasks, including operating OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) during live selling events, maintaining basic technical setup, and supporting the team with digital and technical needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
• Familiarity with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or livestreaming platforms is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of live streaming setup, cameras, and audio equipment.
• Knowledge of social media content design and digital marketing materials.
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Basic video and image editing skills.
• Good problem‑solving ability for technical issues.
• Ability to multitask during live selling events.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Ability to commute/relocate:
