Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures raw materials, packaging, and finished products comply with quality, food safety, and HALAL requirements.
• Conducts in-process inspections and verify compliance with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and ISO-based systems.
• Performs laboratory testing and evaluate results against regulatory and company standards.
• Maintains complete quality documentation and support PDA, ISO, and customer audit.
• Coordinates with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Technician, and any related field.
• At least 1-3 years in Food of Pharmaceutical set-up
• Knowledgeable in Chemical and Food Analysis
• Familiarity with Laboratory Apparatus and their application.

• A good knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, FSSC and ISO
• Has good understanding of quality testing within the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical to include analytical, microbiological and sensory evaluation.
• Must possess a basic understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis and basic math.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications) and other computer-based applications.
• Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
• Must be able to effectively communicate ideas (verbally and in writing), self-starting and can handle difficult reporting situations.
