- Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 + ₱2,000 variable pay
Minimum 20 calls guaranteed daily
Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off

- College Grads / Senior High / High School Graduates (with at least 1 year BPO experience)
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome

- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Document customer interactions in our system.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 0-1 year of experience in customer service or BPO preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑centric approach.
- Working Conditions: Call center environment, potentially including shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
