Job Summary

Lead overall store operations to achieve profitability, sales targets, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Supervise Selling and Cashiering Supervisors while managing manpower, inventory, merchandising, cashiering, and risk controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and margin management.

• Oversee daily store operations, manpower deployment, and performance management.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated concerns.

• Manage merchandising, inventory accuracy, and replenishment.

• Guide cashiering operations, cash handling, and financial controls.

• Enforce compliance with company policies, audits, and government requirements.

• Safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

• Submit reports and insights to Operations Manager.
