HR Generalist | Zamboanga | LBC Express, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to department heads on HR policies and procedures, including the Company Code of Conduct, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. Ensure strict compliance with all HR policies.

• Act as the escalation point for HR-related issues. Implement and monitor the Quality Management Team processes, working closely with HR leadership to create and execute Action Plans for resolution.
• Oversee the end-to-end tracking of all HR concerns, ensuring resolutions meet Service Level Agreements. Coordinate with HR Labor Relations on grievance and disciplinary proceedings.
• Facilitate and monitor various HR requirements, including hiring requirements, employee attendance modifications for payroll accuracy, employee documents, and the implementation of HR Initiatives/Programs.
• Handle all documentation of employee movements and manage personnel records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of one (1) years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Must be willing and able to travel as required to fulfill job duties.
• Willing to report onsite at Zamboanga City.
