Job Title: Phone Sales Agent

Work hours: Full time 40 hours/week

Initial work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, PDT

Rate: $1000-$2200/monthly (Salary and Commission)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Phone Sales Agent to join our growing team. As a Phone Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound leads into enrolled students by selling bartending school admissions. Leads will come from individuals who have expressed interest by inquiring on our website, and your role will be to follow up with them, answer questions, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with leads who have shown interest in enrolling in our bartending school by answering calls, emails, or messages.
  2. Provide accurate and compelling information about our courses, programs, and career opportunities.
  3. Qualify leads to understand their needs and match them with the appropriate training program.
  4. Close sales by guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  6. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment and student onboarding.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout each call.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warm sales leads or phone sales, preferably in an educational or service-based industry.
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone manner.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of leads.
  5. Ability to quickly understand and explain our programs, offering customized solutions to meet students' needs.
  6. Highly organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
  7. Experience using CRM systems to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  8. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  9. A positive attitude and a passion for helping people start their new career in bartending.
