True North Academy (TNA) is a Singapore-based training and professional development company specialising in communication, influence and personal branding. We are looking for a hands-on Systems & Automation Specialist based in the Philippines to take ownership of our digital systems and help build end-to-end digital ecosystems for both TNA and our clients. This is not a traditional IT helpdesk role. We want someone who enjoys building systems, connecting platforms, automating workflows and solving technical problems.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage CRM systems using GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Systeme.io or similar platforms
- Create landing pages, websites, funnels, forms and client portals
- Build automated email sequences and lead-nurturing workflows
- Set up CRM pipelines and customer journeys
- Integrate payment gateways, checkout pages and appointment systems
- Connect websites, CRM, email, calendars and other applications
- Use Zapier, Make, APIs or webhooks for integrations where required
- Manage domains, DNS, business emails and related technical configurations
- Troubleshoot TNA's website, email, CRM and other SaaS/IT issues
- Build and maintain digital ecosystems for TNA clients
About you
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, Kajabi or Systeme.io
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation
- Experience with website and landing-page building
- Experience with email automation
- Experience with payment gateway integration
- Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs or webhooks
- Experience with domains, DNS and business email
- Experience with Google Workspace and cloud-based business applications
- Resourceful, organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Ability to understand how systems connect, learn quickly and independently solve technical problems
