Job Description:

  1. Facilitate regular discussions with the Commercial Sales team to ensure the proper execution of approved plans, assess progress, and conduct evaluation.
  2. Control operating expenses through strict review and monitoring of itineraries and expenditures with the support of the Commercial Sales Admin Assistant.
  3. Coordinate with C&C department to ensure implementation of credit and collection policies.
  4. Propose pricing schemes for key accounts.
  5. Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are fulfilled (contract management).
  6. Validate and endorse the proposed selling prices (spot or hedged).
  7. Review and endorse account opening and amendment requests for approval by the Vice President – Sales.
  8. Regularly monitor accounts' performance.
  9. Visit key customers to establish good rapport.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Skilled Licensed Engineer or Master's degree is preferred but not required.
  3. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the oil industry.
  4. Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  6. Strong account development and management skills.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  8. Experience in handling and leading a sales team.
  9. Motivational leadership style with a focus on team development.
