Job Description:
- Facilitate regular discussions with the Commercial Sales team to ensure the proper execution of approved plans, assess progress, and conduct evaluation.
- Control operating expenses through strict review and monitoring of itineraries and expenditures with the support of the Commercial Sales Admin Assistant.
- Coordinate with C&C department to ensure implementation of credit and collection policies.
- Propose pricing schemes for key accounts.
- Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are fulfilled (contract management).
- Validate and endorse the proposed selling prices (spot or hedged).
- Review and endorse account opening and amendment requests for approval by the Vice President – Sales.
- Regularly monitor accounts' performance.
- Visit key customers to establish good rapport.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skilled Licensed Engineer or Master's degree is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the oil industry.
- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong account development and management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in handling and leading a sales team.
- Motivational leadership style with a focus on team development.
