JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 4 years total BPO work experience with 2 years of experience as a trainer in BPO/shared services industry
- Experience in Tech Support is an advantage
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules
- Amenable to work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify training needs accurately and develop appropriate learning solutions.
- Provide ongoing floor support to reinforce learning and enhance employee performance.
- Ensure end-to-end management of content development while applying appropriate instructional methodologies.
- Deliver training programs using effective facilitation techniques and proven instructional methods.
