Lead the end-to-end delivery of mobile application and back-office platform projects.
Manage multiple projects and assignments while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate with developers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project stakeholders.
Lead project planning, requirements analysis, execution, monitoring, and delivery activities.
Apply appropriate Project Management and SDLC methodologies across projects.
Work closely with Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
Facilitate ideation, presentations, mentoring, and group brainstorming sessions.
Research and evaluate application modules and technologies to ensure alignment with user and business needs.
Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Provide technical and project guidance to team members and mentor junior resources.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand application architecture, integrations, and development requirements.
Influence stakeholders and drive decisions effectively, even without direct authority.
Adapt to new technologies and continuously identify opportunities for process and delivery improvements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong working understanding of:

Mobile Development

Backend & Database

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent role.
Strong experience handling mobile application projects and backend platform development.
In-depth understanding of Android and iOS applications and backend development.
Experience working in an Agile environment, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
Strong Project Management and SDLC knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to research, learn, and adapt to new technologies.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.

Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or financial applications.
Experience managing complex mobile application and microservices projects.
Exposure to modern software development and integration practices.
