JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Monitor and ensure accuracy of accounts receivable, verify payments of clients, collect withholding tax certificates, and ensure issuance of Official Receipts.
  2. Prepare entries related to receivable and collection.
  3. Ensure all invoices for collection are properly accounted; reconcile accounts receivable and revenue accounts.
  4. Disburse petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.
  5. Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
  6. Process requisition and other business forms, check account balances, and approve purchases.
  7. Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments.
  8. Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
  9. Update financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.
  10. Review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  11. Keep records and document financial processes.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures especially relating to Accounting and Finance.
  13. Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  14. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  2. 1-2 years of accounting experience.
  3. Knowledgeable in accounting principles, standards, and practices.
  4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
