Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Overview
We are looking for Quality Engineers who will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop optimal process design model by conducting Design of Experiment (DOE) to determine sources of variation and applying advanced Statistical Analysis.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  3. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure processes meet or exceed quality standards.
  4. Evaluate and analyze production data (i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability index, etc.) to determine opportunities for improvement in quality.
  5. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment is preferred, but Fresh Graduates are also accepted.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.
  4. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  5. Advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
  8. Project management experience would be beneficial.
